Teaching Style And Courses <English> <IELTS> With regard to my teaching style, since I like interacting with various people from different backgrounds, I would like to teach by having daily conversations with my students in a casual but serious way. During my learning process, I found that most what I have learned from text books are not very applicable in real life and therefore, I hope I can teach by sharing personal experiences and having numerous dialogues related to a variety of topics. By providing an environment for learners to practice speaking, I think it can help pupils establish their confidence and improve their language ability effectively. I would start from the fields that students are interested in or familiar with, so they will not lack thoughts during the discussion. Furthermore, I would like to build up the connections with students like friends, which is beneficial for both sides to advance and learn from each other. I think too much stress will hinder people from learning and demotivate them to keep studying, so I still will assign homework if necessary, but it will not be much.
